  Sometimes some troubles strike us so hard that we replay the same thing over again in our minds. In my opinion, we don`t merely come to overthinking, but fear, anger or doubts get us analyze something repeatedly. Getting rid of the first causes, you may prevent overthinking. We mustn`t mistake overthinking with brainstorming. To brainstorm means to search for a way solve a concrete problem. So, you think with an aim. And, when you are overthinking about something doubts hesitation anger and fear attack your brain like arrows. Overthinking, varying from other inner enemies can`t cause harm on its own. Analyzing something too much, you may lose time.   Overthinking was one of the most serious problems for me whenever.
