HOW TO TRAIN YOUR BRAIN | SELF-HELP

 


We get accustomed to meet every day by morning exercises, having a shower, brushing our teeth, combing our hair. Everything is clear: each part of our body always needs cleaning. We realize this rule and obey it, but have you ever thought of the fact that our brain is in need of freshening up? I don`t mean any kinds of vitamins or pills, which harm more rather than help…

 

Our hands get dirty because of touching different countless things every day. The same happens with our brain. Within a day, we come across pleasant or unpleasant obstacles, pessimistic or positive thinking people. So, our brain gets full of our neighbor`s complaints, our colleague`s financial problems, or our children`s problems at school. These negative thoughts and feelings settle down in our mind no matter we want it or not. We wash our hands every day. What about our brain? It may seem that everything in our mind disappears as quickly as they appear. However, invisibleness of our thoughts, imagination, emotions, words don`t mean that they have no influence on the life changes.

 

Imagine, you`ve heard the word “love”! What would you feel or recall? Now, the word “fear”! What has changed when you hear these two words? Each of these words consists of four letters, but they influence on people in a different way.

 

I`m going to offer you a mental training for brain! This technique will help you concentrate on positive things and people around. I must mention that we should do exercises for brain in the morning after waking up, before getting up.

 

1. Take a sheet of paper! Paper will be useful to deliver your thoughts into the paper making your dreams more real.

2. Write everything negative in your opinion on this sheet of paper! Writing each of the negative thoughts and feelings imagine how all of them are leaving you, your body, your mind, your thoughts, your soul completely.

3. Read! It will be to face your problems with your head up.

4. Take a match and burn this sheet of paper imagining that all of the negative people and unpleasant circumstances disappear by this burning paper. This simple exercise will help you get rid of negativity.

5. Remember all positive things about the last day! I have an amazing hobby to write down about everything that happened to me at the end of the day. Diaries always enable us to concentrate on our goals.

6. Leave only positive memories in your mind! Unfortunately, there doesn`t exist a unique method of saving only best and positive memories and deleting the worst.

7. Get up and start your day! If you start your day from positive thoughts and feelings, they will accompany you during the whole day. All of us have some good or bad habits. So, get accustomed to something better.
