This IDEA started from my wish to travel all over the world and get acquainted with cultures, traditions, people of all the countries. As you have already guessed, only one thing can connect me with foreign countries. It is the Internet.
Tip 1: Travel exchange
In what country do you live? Do you have any attraction places for tourists there? Then, you can use your chance to travel freely. I`m not going to teach you to cheat, but offer some tips to see the whole world and make new friends simultaneously. Travel exchange may puzzle you if you have never thought about it. However, it is the best way to make both yourself and others! The principle is very simple here: You will post an ad about free trip to your country. Of course, you will define what kind of facilities you are going to offer your foreigner friends!
At the end of the ad, you will explain that it will be a travel exchange, meaning, they will come and see you and your country, and you will go and visit their country! I know that some sceptics may laugh at or can`t believe in this. Anyway, people vary not only on the Web, but in the real world too. In this case, you will have to learn some languages if you want to see more countries. You don`t need to learn the grammar stuff or something else. Nowadays, you can easily download the most necessary idioms for everyday life and remember them in a day.
Tip 2: Offering help
We always travel either on business or for pleasure, etc. Sometimes, we are in need of someone`s company or help and support. Google the sites and people who want to see the world, but need someone to be with them. If possible, join and accompany them. I would recommend you to sign up for Travelers` Forums, or create such a site yourself!
Talk to the former tourists, and consult them! Ask questions to be clear about the place you are going to visit. Then, you won`t have to invent a bicycle again. The traveler, who had already seen the place you want to come to, knows that place better than you do. So, their advice will be priceless. At least, you won`t be alone in another country if you have friends whom you may address any time when you need help or advice.
Tip 3: Free accommodation
When we are going abroad, we care about the place to stay than the road or the price. What will happen if you offer a free room to stay for them? I already see your fury why you should give something to someone freely! Don`t hurry to judge! We may have enough money to book a room in a hotel, but we would love to feel ourselves at home. Here, you may give someone your comfort at home. When they ask you why the room is free, you will explain them that this is a system of exchanging accommodation or rooms for tourists. They will have a free room here and when you visit their country, you will have one there.
Tip 4: International friends
I suppose it is one of the easiest way of travelling. I don`t mean to make friends just only to go on a trip all over the world. My opinion is to become true friends to let him or her in your house and maintain relationship with them. Here also, you must understand and speak a little foreign languages at least! Don`t accept it as a hard task to carry on, but do it in a good mood and like playing an interesting game. I can`t assure you that all of your friends from abroad will invite you to their houses. However, if you look for, you will find!
Tip 5: Translating
Have you already learnt any foreign languages? Do you have any skills on translating? Then, use your ability to see the world! Google the advertisements, which say that interpreters are required. Apply for the job and take your chance to travel! You can also get acquainted with tourists and accompany them in some countries, the languages of which you have mastered well. Besides, you may also teach your mother tongue in another country if necessary.
Tip 6: The Law of Attraction
This tip may seem too unnatural among the others. However, it is the basic one since we attract everything and everyone according to the Law of Attraction. If you are aware of this great rule of life, you can apply it on travelling too. First, make clear of where to go. Then, find the pictures photographs of the places you would like to see and make a collage. Visualize and thank that you are already in your dream country. The most important step is to forget about your dream when you feel that your wish has been sent to the Universe!
Tip 7: International Temporary Jobs
I am sure all of us have some skills jobs and experience. You can share your experiences with others. Here again, the Internet will avail us very much. Find the sites offering jobs and apply for one. To speak about the jobs, you should know that there exist different types of them. Some can supply you with a place to stay in, others – food. Take into account the period of the work also. If you want to be abroad, just for a week or so, find the appropriate versions of work. I would highly recommend to study a little bit of the traditions and language of the country you are going.
Tip 8: Volunteering
The word “volunteering” isn`t news for you. Perhaps, some of you have already worked as volunteers or have heard about it at least. By volunteering, you won` only exchange help, but you may also see new people, new traditions and places too. I can`t tell you that you will easily find the suitable programs of volunteering. Therefore, I would advise you to follow the new articles and projects on volunteering every time. If not today, you will come across it tomorrow completely by accident!
Tip 9: Partnership
This tip will bring you friends, more money and the chance to go on a trip. I must say that this tip is for entrepreneurs! If you are interested in business or already running your own business, then you may use your skills to travel. You will have to look through some business ideas and make up a plan before starting your trip. However, I am sure you will find one out of the rising-like-mushrooms number of ideas. What you must first is to believe in yourself and find trustworthy partners!
Tip 10: Lotteries and Grants
Among the lotteries, which offer to travel and move to another country is Green Card and Work and Travel! These are the most famous ones, but you can find such stuff in European countries too. As for me, I would check if they had been working for a long time and the feedback left by the people who used the services earlier.
Tip 11: Start a Marathon
Do you have some spare time? Are you feeling alright about the marathon to your dream country? Then go ahead! You must learn the territory, the roads if you decide to travel alone. However, it doesn`t mean that you will have to hike or something else alone. I`m sure you can find someone who thinks the same way as you do. You must just find them and ask them to accompany you. Besides, nether time nor long ways will bother you when you have someone to communicate with.
