Unfortunately, it is not always possible to control our behavior. We may feel depressed, sad or even terrified depending on the situation. I suppose the variety of emotions and feelings don`t matter. Problems may arise because of your addiction to the same one of them. Today we`re going to talk about anger, the most disastrous and strongest of our enemies. In my opinion, we feel angry when someone or something isn`t in the way we want or expect, or they contradict to what we hoped deeply. A small amount of anger may have just no influence on your life, but if you start to dwell on the object, which caused it you may insult yourself.
The trick here is that we all do know how harmful anger can be both for our physical and mental health. Besides, you might have heard about people who went crazy because of continual anger. Let`s look through the whole process of how one feels angry. Imagine, you`re supposed to earn some money. However, it turned out that you failed and remained with your credits, bills and debts. A miserable scenery, isn`t it? How do you think this person may feel? I may assume them: he just sits clutching his head his eyes looking sleepless. In his mind he visualizes how his lenders are demanding their money, how he lacks everything how worse he feels over again, but what about the reality?
Actually, having been acquainted with some of the entrepreneurs` biographies, I found out that most of them had healthy attitude towards failure. I also made up a special formula out of their life experiences. It can be expressed in this way: if to succeed means to dig up some treasure then you`ll have to work day and night, seven days a week when only once a week or a month you may come across the treasure. So, you`ll have to fail seven days a week, sometimes thirty days a month. Only one of them will bring you the fortune.
My words may seem unreal for someone, who is burning with anger. I don`t mean to ignore what you`re against or hate. I`m merely going to deliver the truth about it. When you are angry with someone or something it seems like you`re blind and can see only the circumstances and people that annoyed you over again. This situation reminds a kind of hypnosis as if you were trapped inside your fury, anger, hate, etc. and forgot about the reality completely.
As a person who already passed through different types, degrees of anger I wanted you to admit just one thing. No matter how angry you may grow how many objects you have broken following your anger it`s not going to help you or solve anything. I would like to illustrate my opinion. Have you ever paid attention to animals in the zoo? There may be a number of dangerous animals. Moreover, people may turn real meals for them, but…
Once I visited the zoo and saw something beyond my imagination. One of the owners entered the cage full of little lions. I expected them to attack. However, what I discovered was the lions running up to him. They were in need of the meal in his hands like kittens. They weren`t able to realize that they are the Kings of the animals and they could go free if they were aware of their potential and power. What I hint at is that your real capability inside. When anger blinds your eyes and mind, you remind those little lions unable to leave the cage. Actually, life consists of ups downs. As it was said in a quote: “Life is to dance under thunderstorm and rain!” It isn`t about madness, but about calm attitude towards the challenges of life.
When you don`t let anger cloud your mind and heart you`ll have a chance to estimate the situation from different points of view that may help you find a solution. Anyway, that you are aware of the harm of anger is the deal just half-done. You`ll have to acquire some tools to conquer against it. No! Don`t think that I`m hinting at fighting with someone else. Actually, you can`t win this battle! Why? It`s yourself whom you`ll have to beat to get free.
